I have been asked to take this message to all people who have booked a flat in Prestige Shantiniketan in Whitefield, Bangalore and would gladly do so.

It is a pretty neat group with lot of action and information and ongoing discussions about project completion status, VAT/service tax, guidance value of the property, etc.

That's a nice initiative Kshitij. I would give you a tip which would increase the PSN owners membership. Add your PSN Yahoo Group membership message, logo on the top of side menus. Also request other PSN bloggers to do so. May be you can keep it for few days, weeks - if it's a personal blog.

I'm on the verge of investing in this property but some posts on internet about it being disputed concern me.
Do you have any insights into this as i am really wanting to go ahead with this investment.
i am thinking of investing in this property . I notice concerns experienced by flat owners . Do u have any idea about this ?
